Katy Kidd

Office Manager

For the past 10 years, Katy has been an essential part of Dr. McQueen & Associates, growing with the practice and earning her role as Office Manager through dedication, leadership, and genuine care for every patient who walks through the door.

Katy’s friendly, outgoing personality makes her a natural fit for both patient care and team management. She thrives on creating a welcoming environment and ensuring that every visit runs smoothly from start to finish.

Outside of the office, Katy stays busy caring for her two children, who inspire her daily and keep her constantly moving. Her warmth, commitment, and experience make her a trusted and beloved member of the Dr. McQueen & Associates family.

Tara Woodbury

Lead Technician

For the past 11 years, Tara Woodbury has been a cherished member of the Dr. McQueen & Associates team. Known for her genuine warmth, friendly personality, and exceptional patient care, she has become one of the most recognized and familiar faces in the practice. Patients often look for Tara specifically, trusting her to guide them with kindness, attentiveness, and a comforting presence.

Outside of the office, Tara enjoys a completely different kind of work—life on her farm. She spends her free time caring for her horses and tending to the barn, a passion that brings her joy and balance. Her dedication, both in and out of the office, reflects her hardworking nature and her love for caring for others.

Tara’s compassion, loyalty, and experience make her an invaluable part of our practice and a favorite among the patients who return year after year.

Coralis Rodriguez

Optometric Technician

Coralis Rodriguez is one of the friendly faces patients love to see at Dr. McQueen & Associates. Originally from the Dominican Republic, she brings a warm, welcoming energy to the practice—as well as her ability to speak Spanish, Portuguese, and English, which helps many patients feel right at home.

With over 2 years with us, Coralis is hands-on with patient testing and helps make each visit smooth, comfortable, and stress-free. She’s known for her easygoing personality, great communication, and the way she explains things in a way that’s simple and reassuring.

Avery Costa

Optometric Technician

Avery Costa may be one of the newer members of our team, but in just one year, she has become a familiar and dependable part of the Dr. McQueen & Associates family. As an ophthalmic technician, Avery enjoys every part of her job—from working hands-on with patients to helping make each visit smooth and comfortable.
